Sean Crick, AVP, Service Delivery, Cando Rail & Terminals
Sean oversees Cando’s operations, terminals, and contracts in Alberta and British Columbia. He leads the development of an extensive suite of tools for the company’s service delivery teams, including risk assessments, procedures, and custom training. Since joining Cando in 2008, he has helped build and develop Cando’s transload services line of business, has led his team to successfully execute Cando’s major start-ups, and has played a key role in Cando’s successful entry into providing large-scale terminal and transload services. Prior to joining Cando, Sean worked 10 years at CN in various management roles of increasing responsibility across Western Canada and eight years in the industrial construction sector holding roles in project management, sales, and marketing. Sean holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.) in Marketing and Human Resource Management from the Asper School of Business at the University of Manitoba.
