Chad Evans, CEO of Ontario Northland, has over 25 years of experience leading change and continuous improvement across both the private and public sectors. As a transportation professional, business leader, technology and management consultant, trainer, and speaker, he was a key architect of Ontario Northland’s transformation program and is leading agency modernization. Under his leadership, the 100+ year-old transportation company has embraced modern technology, continuous improvement, and integrated performance measurement into daily operations. His notable achievements include overseeing a $500M+ pension plan merger, spearheading a digital services modernization and spearheading the launch of the New Era of the Northlander passenger train. He is also deeply involved in community initiatives, including with Near North Crime Stoppers and youth sports.
